Eight staff members from Belmont High attended the three-day Connecting to Country training, facilitated by Minimbah AECG.
Over the three days, staff could learn, share, and make meaningful connections with the local community of schools. A highlight for staff was the opportunity to go out in the country, visit local sights, and learn about local stories. This was made even more special by having a former Belmont High student join the day to share their local knowledge. Staff left the training feeling a myriad of emotions all with a little fire burning and ready to continue their learning journey.
